If you haven’t read my first post yet, my name is Abeer Almaimouni, and I’m currently an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, Kuwait University. I started this blog as a Ph.D. student at the University of Washington, Seattle, where I have only come to realize the magnitude of the right side of the brain as I deciphered the science behind being “mindful even when your mind is full.”
This blog was my outlet to jot down what goes on in my right brain after a long day of exhausting my left brain at school, trying to design mathematical tools to address climate change in future investments in the power sector.
I hope you enjoy the bits and pieces of my findings that have shaped my thoughts and character.
